Rebecca Hintze is a academically certified resilience instructor with a wealth of knowledge and passion about wellbeing. She has over 27 years of mental health training experience. A PhD(c) in Psychology, she also holds an MSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
