This 90 day course is designed to empower individuals with ADHD to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate lasting well-being. Through evidence-based strategies, participants will learn practical tools to navigate common challenges such as overwhelm, mood swings, and focus struggles. Each week, we’ll explore topics like mindfulness, habit building, self-compassion, and emotional intelligence, tailored to the unique needs of those with ADHD. The course offers a supportive environment where participants can gain clarity, develop self-efficacy, and embrace their neurodivergence as a strength. By the end of the program, you’ll leave with actionable strategies to create a happier mood, improve relationships, and thrive with ADHD.
Course Description: Transform your life with the EM® Transformational Coaching Program*, a six-week, research-based journey blending Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Positive Psychology, mindfulness, habit-formation science, and strengths-based strategies. Through live group coaching, interactive coursework, and psychometric benchmarking (GSES, CD-RISC, PSS, PERMA, VIA), you’ll reframe limiting beliefs, build micro-habits, boost resilience and self-efficacy, and cultivate the leadership and money-mindsets to attract opportunities and sustain lasting growth. This course will run over the summer of 2025 in July and August. Accommodations will be made to fit summer travel for participants.
